Advertiser terms.
The agreement between your organization and Toast Mobile for promoting on Versle.
Version 2026-09-14. In force from September 14, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between Toast – Apps & Software, LLC ("Toast Mobile", "we", "us"), which makes and operates Versle, and the organization that opens a Versle Ads account ("you").
They cover the advertiser dashboard and every promotion you run through it. They do not replace the Versle privacy policy and player terms, which cover use of the Versle app itself.
By ticking the box when you create your account, you accept these terms, and you confirm you are authorized to accept them on behalf of your organization.
1. Your account
Signing in works by emailed link, so there is no password. Anyone who can read the inbox for the address on your account can sign in to it and see your campaigns, your spend and your billing history. Keep that address secure, and tell us at support@toastmobile.com if the person who holds it leaves your organization.
Your dashboard also has a shareable performance report link. That link needs no sign-in, so treat it like a password: anyone you send it to can see that report. Ask us and we will issue a fresh link, which stops the old one working straight away.
One account per organization, please. You are responsible for everything done under yours.
2. Submitting an ad
- Every ad is reviewed by a person before it runs. We may approve it, send it back with a note on what to change, or decline it.
- Approval is not endorsement. We do not verify that your claims are true, that your site works, or that your offer is what it says it is. That is yours to stand behind.
- We may pause or remove a live ad at any time if it breaks these terms, if it draws complaints from players, or if we are required to. Section 7 covers what happens to the money when we do.
- You can ask us to pause or stop a campaign at any time by emailing support@toastmobile.com.
3. What you may advertise
Versle is a daily Bible game with a general audience that includes minors. Your ad, and the page it links to, must:
- be truthful, and describe what a player actually gets;
- be lawful, and meet the advertising rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play;
- be suitable for a general audience;
- link to a working https page that matches what the ad promised;
- be yours to use. You must own the creative you upload, or have permission for it.
You may not advertise, or link to:
- anything unlawful, or anything promoting unlawful activity;
- sexual content, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, drugs or weapons;
- loans, crypto offerings, or investment and income schemes;
- health claims or cures we have no way to verify;
- campaigning or fundraising for a political candidate, party or ballot measure;
- content that harasses or demeans any person or group;
- malware, deceptive downloads, or pages designed to trick a player into a subscription or a charge;
- pages that collect personal information from players without a privacy policy of your own;
- anything suggesting Versle or Toast Mobile endorses you, sponsors you, or is affiliated with you beyond the fact that you advertise with us.
4. Your creative, and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you upload: your text, your images and your logo. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display that creative for the purpose of running your campaign, in the Versle apps on iOS, Android and web, in your own dashboard preview, and in our internal review tools.
The licence lasts while your campaign runs, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can keep our records and show you historical reporting.
You confirm you hold every right needed to grant it, including rights to any photograph, artwork, typeface or trademark in what you upload.
5. Your name and logo
You also give us permission to use your organization's name and logo to identify you as a Versle advertiser. We may use them:
- on Versle and Toast Mobile websites, including pages about advertising on Versle;
- in sales and marketing material, presentations and case studies;
- in social posts and other announcements about who advertises on Versle.
We will use your name and logo as they appear on your account, or as you supply them, and we will follow any written brand guidelines you send to support@toastmobile.com. We will not present you as endorsing Versle beyond the fact that you advertise with us, and we will not use your name or logo to imply you support a product, cause or position you have not agreed to.
This permission runs while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We will stop using your name and logo in new material within 30 days of your asking, though we cannot recall material that is already printed, published or distributed. Nothing here obliges us to use them at all.
6. Pricing, payment and delivery
- You choose a budget and a billing metric at checkout: either per 1,000 impressions (CPM) or per click (CPC). The rate is shown on the page before you pay.
- The rate is locked when you fund the campaign. If we change our published rates later, a campaign you have already paid for is never repriced.
- There is a minimum budget, shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken up front, in US dollars, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. A campaign is a single payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Your ad runs until its budget is delivered, then stops on its own.
- We count impressions and clicks with our own systems, and those counts are what your budget is drawn down against. We take reasonable steps to exclude invalid or duplicated activity. Where our figures differ from yours, ours are what the campaign is billed on.
- We do not guarantee how quickly a budget will be delivered, how many impressions or clicks it will buy, where on the screen your ad appears, or what results it produces.
7. Credit, refunds and cancellation
- If we decline your ad, the full budget you paid is returned to your account as credit, not to your card. That credit is applied automatically to your next campaign, so fixing an ad and resubmitting it costs you nothing further.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another organization.
- If a campaign stops before its budget is delivered, whether you asked us to stop it or we did, the undelivered part stays yours: either held against that campaign so it can start again, or returned to your account as credit. Budget already delivered is not returned.
- If you would rather have money back than credit, email support@toastmobile.com and we will consider refunding undelivered budget to the original payment method.
- We do not charge a fee to cancel.
8. Reporting and data
- Your dashboard shows impressions, clicks and spend for your campaigns, updated as they run.
- Reporting is aggregate. We do not give you personal information about individual players, and you must not attempt to identify them.
- If your landing page collects personal information from players, that data is yours and you are responsible for it, including having your own privacy policy. How Versle handles player data is covered by the Versle privacy policy.
9. Suspension and closing an account
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or that charges back a payment.
- If we close your account for breach, live ads stop immediately and we may keep the budget already delivered. We will return undelivered budget unless the breach involved fraud or a chargeback.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing support@toastmobile.com.
10. Our brand
Versle, the Versle logo and Toast Mobile are ours, and these terms give you no licence to use them. You may state as a fact that you advertise on Versle. You may not use our names or logos in your own branding, in your ad creative, or in any way that suggests we are affiliated with you beyond your advertising with us.
11. No warranty
The advertiser dashboard and the ad placements are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that any particular level of delivery will be reached, or that advertising on Versle will produce any result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if it was told such loss was possible.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms, across all claims taken together, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose for the campaign the claim relates to.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Your indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Toast Mobile against any third party claim arising from your ad, your creative, your destination page, or your breach of these terms, including a claim that your creative infringes someone's rights. That covers reasonable legal costs.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page change when we do. If a change is material, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Funding a new campaign after a change means you accept the version in force at that moment. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and both parties consent to that.
16. General
These terms, together with what is shown to you at checkout, are the whole agreement between us about advertising on Versle, and replace anything said beforehand. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it to an affiliate or to whoever acquires the Versle business.
